Amsterdam distillery creates botanical white rum

A distillery in the Netherlands has launched what it claims is the world’s first botanical white rum, made with natural ingredients such as Amalfi lemons, blue eucalyptus and kina bark. Union Lemon & Leaf Rum is the second launch from the Amsterdam-based Spirited Union Distillery, following dark rum Union Spice & Sea Salt, which also contains botanicals.
