Basil Hayden’s unveils Bourbon-infused cheese

Beam Suntory-owned Basil Hayden’s has teamed up with a US dairy to create a Bourbon-infused cheese. The special offering, called Pour Me A Slice, is a semi-firm Jersey cow’s milk cheese infused with Basil Hayden’s Bourbon. It is described as being “sweet with a hint of spice”.
