Christmas tree tips flavour Berkshire dry gin

English distiller Yattendon has created a gin using Christmas tree tips as one of its key botanicals, called Berkshire Botanical Dry Gin. Distilled at the Berkshire-based distillery, the new gin is flavoured with Norway spruce tips, as well as eight other botanicals – juniper, coriander, angelica, sweet orange peel, pink grapefruit, lemon peel, cassia and orris. ‘Craft’ gin from India enters UK market
