Christmas tree tips flavour Berkshire dry gin

English distiller Yattendon has created a gin using Christmas tree tips as one of its key botanicals, called Berkshire Botanical Dry Gin. Distilled at the Berkshire-based distillery, the new gin is flavoured with Norway spruce tips, as well as eight other botanicals – juniper, coriander, angelica, sweet orange peel, pink grapefruit, lemon peel, cassia and orris. ‘Craft’ gin from India enters UK market

India’s “first craft gin”, distilled in copper pot stills in Goa and made with local botanicals, has made its debut in the UK. Greater Than London Dry Gin first launched in India in 2017.
