Texas Mule

1 ¼ oz. Evan Williams ¾ oz. Orange liqueur1 oz. Fresh-squeezed lime juice¾ oz. Simple syrup3 oz. Ginger beer Combine all ingredients except ginger beer into a tin shaker with ice. Shake for about 20 seconds, strain into an 8-oz. glass with new ice, and top with the ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wheel.
