Tattersall Distilling secures US$3m equity raise

US distillery Tattersall Distilling has completed a multi-million-dollar equity raise to boost capacity and enter new markets. Eden Mill to double whisky capacity with new distillery

Scottish beer and spirits producer Eden Mill has revealed further details of its new £3.1 million (US$3.9m) distillery in St Andrews, Fife, which is expected to be completed by summer 2020. Winchester Distillery hits crowdfunding goal

English gin and vodka maker Winchester Distillery has passed its £375,000 (US$483,000) crowdfunding target to expand its business. Hampshire-based Winchester Distillery launched a crowdfunding campaign on Crowdcube in April this year. Last month, the distillery raised more than £240,000 (US$307,861), smashing its first 30-day target by 200%. The crowdfunding campaign, which closes in 12 days, has raised £385,010 (US$487,640) from 478 investors to date. Scottish producer McQueen Gin has opened a new £750,000 (US$971,628) distillery in Stirling to meet “rapidly growing demand”. Heaven Hill Brands has invested almost US$1 million to expand the Deep Eddy Vodka visitor centre and tasting room in Texas.
