Four Pillars creates Olive Leaf Gin

Australian distiller Four Pillars has added a savoury gin to its range, which has been infused with olive leaf and oil. The new Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin is inspired by the olives groves of Victoria in Australia. The idea for the gin came in 2015 when Four Pillars created Cousin Vera’s Gin in partnership with Madrid-based distillery Santamanía.
