Highland Park launches 21-year-old single malt

Edrington-owned Highland Park has added a 21-year-old single malt Scotch whisky to its portfolio. Highland Park 21 Year Old: August 2019 Release was made using six first-fill Sherry-seasoned European oak casks, four first-fill Sherry-seasoned American oak casks, and five refill casks. Highland Park partners with tattooist for latest release

Orkney distillery Highland Park has teamed up with Danish tattoo artist Colin Dale to launch its first single malt Scotch whisky aged in ex-Rioja wine casks. Orkney-based single malt Scotch brand Highland Park has released an Amazon UK-exclusive expression, called Viking Tribe. A first for the brand, no-age-statement Highland Park Viking Tribe has been matured in refill casks to deliver notes of vanilla, citrus and pepper with a “peaty edge”.
