Buffalo Trace concludes Warehouse X temperature test

Kentucky distillery Buffalo Trace has concluded its second Warehouse X experiment, which analysed how temperature affects the ageing process of whiskey and collected 9.1 million data points. Warehouse X was built in 2013 to study the many variables that affect the Bourbon ageing process. Kentucky-based Heaven Hill Distillery has unveiled limited edition Parker’s Heritage Collection Heavy Char Rye Whiskey as part of its commitment to supporting ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) research and patient care. Beam Suntory may be fined over warehouse fire

Beam Suntory could be fined following a fire at one of its Jim Beam warehouses earlier this month after thousands of fish in the Kentucky River died.
