Sauvage Beverages buys Kymar Farm Distillery

New York-based farm distillery and winery Sauvage Beverages has acquired Kymar Farm Distillery for an undisclosed sum with plans to focus more on spirits production. Kymar Farm Distillery is a 20-acre agricultural property with a 22,000 sq ft distilling facility. Sauvage Beverages produces apple-based vodka and currently operates from a 4,000 sq ft Oneonta-based farm distillery and winery. Pioneering cocktail bar Pegu Club in New York has permanently closed after nearly 15 years as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. The widely acclaimed bar in New York was due to celebrate its 15th anniversary on 29 August this year.
