Australian distiller Four Pillars has added a savoury gin to its range, which has been infused with olive leaf and oil. The new Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin is inspired by the olives groves of Victoria in Australia. Ian Macleod Distillers has bottled an Islay single malt whisky that was finished in Caribbean rum casks, called Smokehead Rum Rebel. Taiwanese producer Kavalan will release its second shaved, toasted and re-charred (STR) whisky in October, which will also be the distillery’s first peated expression.
