Diageo to add ex-Rémy Cointreau CEO to its board

Former Rémy Cointreau CEO Valérie Chapoulaud-Floquet will join Diageo as a non-executive director on its board next year. Effective from 1 January 2021, Chapoulaud-Floquet will also join the audit, nomination and remuneration committees.
