Powerscourt releases Fercullen 18yo Irish whiskey

Irish producer Powerscourt Distillery has added a limited edition single malt whiskey to its portfolio: Fercullen 18 Year Old. Created by master distiller Noel Sweeney, Fercullen 18 Year Old has been aged in Bourbon barrels. Tasting notes include aromas of honey, vanilla, almonds, plums and oak wood, leading to flavours of creamy malt, vanilla, ripe fruits, syrupy caramel and spice on the palate. Clynelish unveils distillery-exclusive whisky

Diageo has released a no-age-statement Clynelish single malt Scotch whisky, available exclusively from the distillery. Bottled at 48% ABV, a total of 6,000 700ml bottles will be made available at the distillery for an RRP of £90 (US$116). Bruichladdich to release youngest Octomore to date

Islay distillery Bruichladdich has revealed a new series of Octomore single malt whiskies – including the brand’s youngest whisky to date.
