Yoshino unveils whisky finished in sakura casks

Japanese wine and spirits maker Yoshino Spirits Co has expanded its portfolio with the launch of the “first” whisky finished in Japanese sakura wood casks. Kamiki Sakura Wood was first matured in cedar wood casks before being finished in sakura casks. It will launch this month (February).
