Lavender Collins

1 ½ oz. Amethyst Lavender gin
½ oz. Cointreau
½ oz. Monin Lavender syrup
½ Lemon (squeeze and discard)
Top with club soda

Combine ingredients and shake. Pour into pilsner glass with ice and top with a splash of Fever Tree club soda. Garnish with lemon zest.
