2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Aquavit
¾ oz. Amaro Angelino
½ oz. Suze liqueur
¼ oz. Citrus oleo saccharum
2 drops Peychaud’s bitters
2 drops Cardamom-orange tincture
Stir all ingredients together and strain into a Nick & Nora
cocktail class and a sidecar glass over ice. Garnish with tarragon, grapefruit
peel, and demerara-sugared grapefruit slice.
