1 ½ oz. The Sexton single malt Irish whiskey
½ oz. Cane syrup
½ oz. Pineapple juice
½ oz. Lime juice
2 Dashes cardamom bitters
Combine ingredients and shake. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
