Barrell Craft Spirits has launched a limited edition 12 Year Bourbon Finished in Toasted American Oak Casks as part of their Red Label Series. This new release is crafted from 12 to 15 year old bourbon barrels from Kentucky, Indiana, and Tennessee.
The Crafting Process
The bourbon was blended to create a harmonious balance of flavors, then finished in slow-toasted American oak casks. This process brings out deep flavors of oak, spice, and caramelized sweetness.
Tasting Notes
The nose offers decadent cinnamon roll, Almond Joy, and maple syrup aromas. The palate features woodsy notes of blonde tobacco, earl grey tea, and campfire ash. The finish is bright with lychee and matcha notes.
