Established in 1982, Baron Francois has cultivated a reputation for championing exceptional wines, particularly those rooted in the concept of ‘terroir’ – the unique characteristics of a place that influence the flavors of its wines.
Based in Manhattan’s Financial District, this role represents a fantastic opportunity to work with a company that truly values quality and heritage. Baron Francois moves over 1 million bottles annually, representing a portfolio of over 100 suppliers, all committed to delivering distinctive expressions. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in introducing these exceptional products to discerning restaurants and retail establishments in Maryland, Washington DC, and Montgomery County.
Key Responsibilities:
* Presenting Baron Francois’ carefully selected wines and spirits to key accounts.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Participating in trade events and in-store tastings.
* Managing client meetings and travel arrangements.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including obtaining the required DC Solicitor’s Permit.

Requirements:
