Another partnership that has been making headlines is between Baba’s Place restaurant in Marrickville and local distiller, Hunter St. Hospitality. The team created a custom cocktail menu featuring the distillery’s gin, which has been a game-changer for their business.
"We were blown away by the quality of their gin," says Baba’s Place owner, Michael Khoury. "The partnership has allowed us to create unique and delicious cocktails that our customers love."
The resulting menu features innovative drinks such as the &39;Gin Fizz', made with Hunter St. Gin, lemon juice, and soda water, and the &39;Cucumber Collins', featuring the gin, cucumber juice, and mint.
