The team behind the brand aims to bring “The Musician” to life with the opening of Still Austin Quarter. This new space operates as a cocktail bar and music venue, inspired by the Straight Bourbon Whiskey product line. It serves as an expansion of the existing facility, which already houses the distillery, tasting room, and whiskey garden.
The venue is divided into four distinct areas, including The Atrium, The Vinyl Lounge, The Music Room, and a private event space. Guests can enjoy live music Thursday through Saturday nights in The Music Room, while a DJ spins nightly in The Vinyl Room. The outdoor area includes 125 seats, and the total capacity accommodates up to 500 guests.
The cocktail menu will be created using Still Austin’s spirits, with food designed to complement the cocktails. Co-founder and CEO Chris Seals noted that the quarter captures a unique moment in her life and reflects Still Austin’s creative vision. The Musician Straight Bourbon Whiskey was launched in 2020.
