On the signature cocktail menu, new additions include La Passion, featuring Los Vecinos Mezcal, passionfruit, Thai chili tincture, and Licor 43. Other notable entries on the list are the Pandan Daiquiri, crafted with Myer’s Platinum Rum, pandan syrup, and coconut purée; the Strawberry Gin Shrub, made with New Amsterdam Gin, strawberry and rhubarb puree, house yuzu liqueur, and egg white; the Le Colonial Last Word, crafted with Los Vecinos Mezcal, Fontbonne Herbal Liqueur, maraschino liqueur, and yuzu; and the La Vie en Rose, a refreshing blend of Lillet Rosé, lemongrass, and sparkling rosé.
