While Relentless Brewing & Spirits maintains a presence in Temecula with a headquarters, Los Angeles distillery, and cocktail bar, this location focuses on a curated rotating lineup of independent producers rather than a single brewery focus. The venue will showcase beer, cider, wine, hard kombucha, and non-alcoholic options to encourage guests to explore new flavors and discover local favorites.

The site previously operated as WestBrew, a company founded in 2020 by Joshua Schreer who utilized his Evergreen Construction firm to erect stylish taprooms at Vista headquarters and satellite spots in Del Mar and downtown San Diego’s East Village community. When WestBrew shuttered its locations in 2024, it left behind two fully renovated and reimagined spaces. The Del Mar restaurant was acquired by the Queenstown family of New Zealand-inspired eateries, while the East Village space has been taken over by Relentless Brewing & Spirits.
