The organizers added celery salt, lemon juice, and a pickle to ensure the drink met the definition of a Canadian Caesar.
The total volume poured included 137 litres of Bootlegger Distillery Vodka, 1,095 litres Clamato Juice, 17 litres Worcestershire sauce, 11 litres hot sauce, and six litres Lemon Juice. Previous record held by Birmingham’s Pub in Regina with 1,050 litres. All guests in attendance who were of legal drinking age were welcomed to grab a glass from the giant cocktail to ensure consumption requirements were met.
