Founded by the Walter family, Whiskey Acres Distilling Co. has been crafting exceptional spirits from its 2,000-acre DeKalb farm for eleven years. The distillery’s operation utilizes approximately 10% of the farm’s yield – primarily corn and soybeans – alongside additions of wheat and barley, all carefully selected for their quality and contribution to the final spirit.
