Dinner includes dishes like kanpachi crudo, langoustine, lamb saddle, and a caramelized honeycrisp apple.
The Dalmore follows on October 15, hosted by national brand specialist Emma Coady. Guests will work their way through four Highland whiskies, ranging from a 15-year-old expression to a 35-year-old pour, alongside a menu featuring lobster, venison, and chocolate. On November 5, The Macallan takes over, with brand specialist Adam Collins leading a six-whisky tasting from its Double Cask and Sherry Oak collections.
