The Full Story
Dorado said Sol Tequila will occupy the former Mr. Tequila space and will offer a beach vibe inspired by the coast of Mexico. The menu centers on Mexican staples with a few chef-driven house creations, including fajitas, tacos, burritos, and enchiladas. Tacos include chorizo tacos and shrimp tacos along with Sol Tequila’s own combinations. Some dishes will be served in molcajete dishes.
“We’re going to have everything for different tastes,” Dorado said. The owners have lived and worked on Fort Myers Beach for more than a decade. “We are very excited to go back to the beach because that’s our home,” Dorado told Business Debut. Friends have become family and supported them since moving to the beach, so they are excited to come back and see them all.
