Participants must book a roughly 30-minute appointment online before arriving 10 minutes early to choose their favorite design from a selection of flash tattoos.
Once settled on a pick, attendees show photo ID, sign necessary waivers, and sit down with Toronto-based tattoo artist Roman Arabia.
