This collaboration brings together Chef Kev D, Adam Greenberg of Sparrow Restaurant, and Adam Young of Connecticut’s Sift Bake Shop. Seminars cover specific topics like “Biggest, Baddest Reds of the World,” “Rare and Remarkable Boutique Wines,” and spirit pairings including rum with artisan chocolate and bourbon. Additional programming includes the Soiree du Vin, a Sunday Jazz Brunch, and a Saturday Buffet Brunch titled Sips & Sounds.

She won the Food Network competition “Tournament of Champions” in 2021 and 2024.
