The base spirit mash bill consists of yellow corn, rye malt, and Country Malt Group’s Pink Boots Barley Malt. This innovative use of Pink Boots barley malt showcases brand-new varieties in support of the Pink Boots Society. The annual limited-release malt is lightly toasted at low temperatures to complement the gin’s wide array of aromatic botanicals.
After initial distillation, a secondary redistillation takes place on Chattanooga Whiskey’s 30ft column still with juniper, coriander, lemon peel, cardamom ginger vanilla and szechuan peppercorn. The result is an incredibly complex spirit that showcases the richness of whiskey alongside vibrant fruit characteristics.
