Kwinana-based distillers joined forces with Perth-based Tenfold Hospitality to create the new drop. Staff from Tenfold were brought into the development process, ranging from casual team members to flag people. Together they learned about important ingredients, testing samples and ultimately helped shape the gin’s final flavour profile.
The result is a distinctive number built on Billy Stitch’s smooth grape-based spirit. It combines green tea for a soft earthiness with toasted sesame for a nutty backbone and Japanese yuzu for a bright citrus kick. Stargazers has already scored Gold in the Contemporary Gin category at the 2026 San Francisco World Spirits Awards, along with Double Gold for Contemporary Gin at the 2026 Asia World Spirits Awards.
