On Tuesday night, Australia’s best farmers, fishers and food producers swapped coveralls for cocktail attire to attend the 2026 delicious. Harvey Norman Produce Awards. The country’s top chefs and restaurateurs joined the winners at an intimate event inside Matt Moran’s flagship restaurant Aria, in a room overflowing with admiration for some of the hardest-working, most pioneering souls in the food industry.
Australian craft distillers Four Pillars and Marionette were on drinks duty, creating six bespoke cocktails for the evening. The menu included a mini martini with Four Pillars Fresh Yuzu Gin and Marionette Elderflower Liqueur, and the Oasis Spritz with Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin and Marionette Apricot Brandy. Wines came courtesy of Printhie Wines from Orange, in NSW, with their signature Swift NV Cuvée greeting guests at the door.
The venue featured stations adorned with produce from the finalists, including Kadwell & Co Gourmet Potatoes rated as the best spuds by Matt Moran. Executive Chef Tom Gorringe and Group Chef Matt Moran were responsible for the delectable canapes, which included house-made Ferrero Rocher.
